RYAN MURPHY, that’s who. You know, the guy behind American Horror Story, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, 911, and other very dramatic (and adult) shows.
APPARENTLY, the multi-million dollar earning producer will depart Netflix at the end of his five-year, nine-figure overall deal (which ends at the end of the month), and is set to make a new home at Disney.
Dana Walden, who is now co-chairman of Disney Entertainment, is one of Murphy’s closest friends and worked closely with Murphy when she headed what was then 20th Century Fox TV and Murphy had a deal there – which he left in 2018 for a $300 million deal at Netflix.
